"You didnt buy fcpx in the app store", but I did!

Wanting to update fcpx today I got a message saying I had it installed on my Mac, but it was not bought on the app store, would you like to buy it"

Where else would I have bought my copy of fcpx?

Anyone else getting this error message?

Compressor updated without problems, I bought them at the same time with the same account

I just read on the kenstone fcp forum that someone spoke with Apple about the problem getting the update and they are aware of the issue and say that it might be available tomorrow.

A lot of people of getting that - one way around it is deleting the app and then re-installing via the 'purchased' section in the App Store.
