I have never seen it

I like the part about the "first class tech-support in a 3rd world country". Don't have much else to say, just felt like saying something. :)
 
The first time that I have seen that video. Cute. It certainly points out the frustrations of phoning tech support. :D
 
Well although this flash movie was posted before, this one is bigger! :D but it still makes me LMAO. :p

no duh, I was simply telling the guy to use the search method next time. I am trying to keep macrumors clean (via not having double and even tripple thread posts) unlike you apparently.
 
i understand if something is posted right on the front page and is active.. but you really think someone should search for 15 minutes before everypost they make? thats just silly.

There is an advanced search page too. Learn to use it, most of the time you will find someone has already posted the question or comment.

I let people know they when they post something thats already posted too...

But without doing the math on this, i'm pretty sure that if EVERYONE spent 15 minutes using the search function, it would use more bandwidth than the bandwidth to actually post a possible dupe.

In any case, I hadn't seen if before anyway.
 
With all these people whining about an occasional double post it kind of makes you wonder why anyone wants to post something at all...

If you've already seen it just move along - why the need to let everyone know ?... Jeez, so uptight...

Seriously, get over it. It was a funny post. And so what if it's been posted once before? Like he's going to go into the 23rd page of one of the sub-categories here? The other forum members have spoken, and we've come to the conclusion that it doesn't freaking matter.

As for the Repost Nazis, do you guys just patrol all the forums for this? How much bandwidth do YOU use posting the fact that this is a repost in half of the threads? I understand when there is an active topic like "iMac G5 Thoughts" and there becomes 15 threads talking about the same thing. But in discussion forums and such it is becoming extremely annoying. Far as I am concerned i think the Mods should be the only ones posting that and everyone else should have their post deleted like SPAM.
 
You people are competely misunderstanding my position, i simply told the guy that the flash movie was posted in another thread and to use the search function next time, he/she hapily said that he/she did not know the right keywords.

SO COULD YOU PEOPLE BE QUIET AND DROP IT NOW!!!!!!!

you could have used "tech support" or something along those lines, and it does not take 15 minutes.
