Good question ... what have you been doing?

I mean a lot banking (more than usual) because of the volatility in the markets this week but that's about it....

I'M GONNA BE THROTTLED BY TOMORROW UGHHHHHH

:(

:(

Restart the phone. If there is something that's been running, it will stop it.

Porn videos on Safari that may have been streaming constantly? JK :D

That is pretty strange. Maybe call AT&T up and ask about it. And tell them, you couldn't have possibly done that. They may even give you a pass for the month.

If you've been trading a lot while on data, that very well be the culprit... Especially if you're streaming CNBC to get your portfolio advice

Think of it this way: you could be on a tiered plan with only 3gb for the same price. I still love my unlimited even though I can't make 15 days without exceeding 5gb.

I learned last week you have to be careful with your data. I stream watch espn sometimes and I've watched full games with no issues. On 2/14 I was watching the thunder vs heat game on TNT's website. I didn't think anything of it but 5 days later I got an email saying I used 66% of my data and I was only 6 days into my billing cycle. Turns out I used over 1.5 gb watching one game on TNT. If you do have an unlimited plan I would hold on to it. I made the mistake of switching to the 5 gb plan so I could tether but I ended up not needing it. I had to switch back to the 3gb plan and once we got LTE in Arkansas I started using 2 or more gb per month. Looks like I'm going over my 3gb this month cause I've used 2.5 gb after 2 weeks.

True and its not like its THAT slow when you get throttled. Still fairly usable.

Advice from cnbc? I'd rather just guess haha.

REALLY hard to tell you how you used 4GB, if I were you I'd rage at AT&T until they fix it, couldn't have possibly been anything you were doing.

I used just under 6GB once in two days trying to see how much I could use by downloading music from iTunes Match. I was able to download about 800 songs or so. This was the weekend before they began throttling unlimited users and were doing it to people at random and my new month started in three days anyways.

On average though, I rarely go above 1GB, it averages about 500MB per month. I will never give up my unlimited.

I'm not sure on AT&T, but I know on Verizon you can go on the website and look at what/where/when you have used your data.

If you can do that with AT&T you could see where all the data was used. Was it in one day? All at one "time"?

I thought about calling AT&T but since I am unlimited I'll just live with the throttling.

If I had like a 5 GB plan and paid overages after 5 yes I'd be raging haha.
