"You have Mail" notification in the terminal

why when i open the terminal, it has that mail notification? it happened yesterday and my mail app doesn't have new mail when this happened.

Try typing "mail", or "mail -v".

Uh, yes you do have new wail. It says right there: "1 message 1 new". Type 1 at the prompt to read it.

ah yes you're right.

but it's not in the Mail.app, i think it's a mail sent to me in the terminal when i set up wordpress with MAMP.
