You should be able to edit your library and make playlists on your phone

All it's letting me do is make a playlist. You cant edit/delete existing libraries or songs

swipe on the song, artist, playlist etc... to delete.

Go into the Music app and under Songs,

Pick a song and swipe to the right. You'll be able to delete it.
