You Synchronize or FoldersSynchronizer?

I would like to use a file synchronization program. My primary goal is to sync my documents folders on my PowerMac and Powerbook, and possibly my photos folder between those two and my wife's Powerbook.
These two programs:
You Synchronize
FoldersSynchronizer

appear to be two popular programs. Does anyone have an opinion on these or others?
