you think the store will have 11"/8GB/256GB or is that BTO on the web only?

Looking at the website, I think they will have the 11" MBA with 256GB in the store, but anything with 8GB memory is CTO.
My apple store was only stocking the 4 stock builds and the 2 maxed out versions of the air (they have everything but the maxed 11in in stock tonight).
