Sure. Just go to http://en.savefrom.net. Copy the URL from the youtube video you want into the search field. Select the video quality/format you want. Download. Then import the file into iTunes.

They also have a Helper extension you can install in Safari. If you do that, then when you go to a YouTube video, you will see a download arrow below the video. Click on it and again select the video quality/format and download.
