You Tube notifications on Series 2 Apple Watch Watch OS 3

I was wondering if anyone could answer a question I have please?

I'm considering getting the Series 2 Apple Watch.

The question I have is. With the iOS iPhone You Tube app, I get notifications on that app when someone comments on my videos. I was wondering if its possible to get these same notifications on the Apple Watch Series 2/ Watch OS 3?

The default notification option on the apple watch is to mirror your iPhone notification settings. What happens is when your phone is locked and you are wearing your watch all of the notifications go to the watch and are silent on your phone and when you phone is unlocked all of the notifications go to your phone and are silent on your watch if you are wearing it. So to answer your question, yes you would get youtube notifications on your watch if you are used to getting them on your phone.
