I don't have any interest to delete these message every time I sign in to iCloud anymore.

How can I stop this from happening without putting noreply@apple.com into my blacklist?

AFAIK, you can't disable the message, which is a security measure. If you're logging in on the same computer, you can select "Remember me" or stay logged in, and you won't get the message for that computer.

If you want to avoid the message, don't delete your website data, or delete all but the iCloud data.

Well, I ended up with creating a new rule that will automatically [Move messages with subjects containing Your Apple ID was used to sign in to iCloud via a web browser to Trash].

I still have to empty the trash, but it's saving me at least one step.

Besides I can still see my mails that are in the trash.
