Hello all

I'm on a Pay as You Go iphone 3g3 in the UK. On the o2 network.

Every time I send a call and/or send a text I get a warning message coming up telling me my balance and telling me to Dismiss the message. Now I'm a frequent texter and I get this message every time.

Is there any way to switch this off? Either within the phone or contacting the network?

Regards,
Chris

You can’t turn it off on the phone as its an general O2 thing… but i think (don’t quote me though) you can dial 202 and talk to customer services and have it turned off. I’m on contract but my friends on PAYG get annoyed with this too!

As above customer services can change it so you dial a number instead.

Thank you for the responses. I'll give them a ring tomorrow. I'll keep you informed. :)

Had to ring them twice, the first time the girl didn't do it right . Phoned up later today and the guy was apologetic and activated it straight away.

Such a relifer not clicking Dismiss on every text I send :)
