"Your delivery may be delayed"

That's my email from Apple as of 4:00pm EDT. Anyone else get that message? I ordered a 44mm Space Gray Friday within the first 3 minutes and received an immediate confirmation. Delivery stated Sept 21 all along.

The email simply states:

"Your delivery may arrive later than the date shown in your Shipping Confirmation email. Visit Order Status to view tracking information. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Not sure what I'll do if it is delayed as I leave Sunday for two weeks and no one will be around to accept the order.

Nope, mine is supposed to arrive Friday too, but it’s currently in Shanghai so we’ll see if there is movement later on tonight.

Oddly mine still shows 9/21 delivery date as well. Not sure what the deal is.

Yep. Last update is arrived in Shanghai on 9/18 @ 1:54pm.

Mine is showing up in my "My Choice" UPS account. But I'm actually talking about my Apple Watch, though my iPhone does show up as well in a separate order.

Nope. Indiana. No adverse weather here at all. Just chatted with Apple and they don't show anything on their end. Still shows 9/21. Customer service seems to be confused, but she agrees the email came from them. No clue.

I’m located in Indiana too, but have yet to get an email. I oddly remember people getting emails of the sorts last year for their iPhone.

I just got the same email and I’m really frustrated

The good news is (hopefully!), it appears that everything is here in the states. I just received notice from UPS of a delivery tomorrow (though I'm actually picking it up at the local CC center). Both phone and watch appear to be in Louisville right now, which is par for the course at this state when compared to previous years.

As many others have said, I'm sure we're all good.
