I'm looking for a good list of gba Roms to get so I was wondering what your guys favorite gba games are.

Remember that its not legal to download ROMs for use on a GBA or emulator...

However, if you happen to want to buy a game and rip the ROM, you can't go very wrong with Mario

Ofcourse, I wouldn't ever think downloading a rom illegally. I would first go out and buy it then rip it.
