Your favorite organization chart software/app?

I need to organize a whole range of products, and I'm thinking some kind of org chart will make things easier. Information will be coming in regularly that will affect the organization, so it needs to be easy to move things around, rearrange, make other connections, add text, headlines, descriptor text etc.

Want what everybody wants I guess. The chart it creates should be clear and easy to navigate, but want it to be easy to maniupluate/change etc.

Anybody have apps or any kind of software they like for this sort of thing?

I use OmniGraffle for build org charts. If you select the structure (top down, left to right, etc), it will restructure the chart when you make changes.
