Your Launch Day Experience (Photo Sharing)

As we all know, everyone either loves to show off their new device, or question whether it will be here on time, will the pope ask ups to halt deliveries? maybe there will be a mass break out and no one receives their phones bc the world is supposed to end on thursday.... again....

One thing is for certain, there will be countless threads that will pop up, come friday, solely of people taking photos of their new devices. Some people even get a kick out of just a serial number, hey, do your thing, thats cool.

What I want to do, not for personal pleasure, but for satisfaction and simplicity, is to have this thread for every one to post their pictures in of their new devices, lines outside of apple, an unboxing, your new accessaries anything related to your first day!
This is to share all photos of your Launch Day Experience!


This keeps the forums cleaner, allows for people with genuine questions and discussions to have their threads seen, and also stops the repetition of silly threads that are endless photos with no replies clogging up the screens.

Have at it, and enjoy the beauty of technology!

Big Sean said one man can save the world?

I just can't stand the mass threads that are identical, overtime anything new happens. Personally, I like to read the forums and see if I can help on anything or even find help. These threads just create a mess

I totally agree, but in the clamor to post, threads like this will be ignored unfortunately.

The mods deserve more credit. They do a pretty good job of corralling all of the redundant threads to respectively themed threads. I don't see a need to lump every new iPhone-related post into one mass thread. They deserve their own topics.

Oh big time, in the short period of been on here they really do make a mends.. Its not so much a "phone-related thread" more of a picture sharing thread of Launch Day activities.. i will edit the post to be more clear

Because the people who are, "By gum, I'm going to clean up this forum, and make it safe for old ladies, children, and small animals," always seem to be newbies. You are taking on the Herculean task of cleaning out the Augean stables and you don't even have mod powers, let alone the ability to divert rivers.

I can do a rodeo flip on a 5ft wave, that kind of parts the seas...

It doesn't mater if this flops to me, I'm not that invested, was only trying to make things easier for others

Might want to start by better titling your initial post so the thread is labelled better. "Share Your Launch Day Experience Photos"?

Wow you truly are a MR ambassador...... Do you really thing YOU starting this thread will keep the hundreds of others that absolutely need attention from posting new threads?
