I have iOS 9.2.1 installed on an iPad Pro. Ever since I upgraded to 9.2.1, I've been getting the popup about emergency services very often (up to several times an hour). I don't want to disable NumberSync, but these pop-ups are getting annoying. I've reset network settings, tried re-installing 9.2.1 through DFU mode, and restarting. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
