Your Mac Packaging

Have you ever thrown out your Apple packaging and regretted it? Did someone throw it away without knowing?

...being stationed ANY where with the USN, I keep everything so it all goes back into original packing when moving...

I keep all of mine, it comes in handy when you want to sell an item.

Wish I kept my box...I'm missing the VGA/DVI adapter and I very well think I might have thrown it away foolishly with the box. Keep the box! It's good for reselling.

Yeah - I am such a fanatic with Apple packaging. I'd pay loads just for a box lol

My sister was cleaning up the house and there was a big with a load of plastic and my reinstalling discs, and some other nice stuff. She threw it out.

If there is Apple plastic, I keep it. Yes, I know you think I'm sad, but I just love now!

I was so mad with her.

Gf made me throw out my old ibook box. The computer was dead, but still regretted it.

I threw out an iMac box, then about six months later I had to move it back and forth to my brothers school until they got a mac. And that took awhile. Ugh, its hard transporting an iMac, without a box, without damaging it. He could've used one of the schools PCs for the first week or two...

I keep it, it helps the resale value a lot ($30+). I won't buy a used Mac if it doesn't have the original packaging. Although, keeping my eMac box is starting to upset some people, since it takes up half the garage.
