My guess would be red meat. Don't they eat a lot of lamb, chicken, fish, and pork in Greece? I don't remember eating any beef when I was there.

I'm half greek and can say that we do eat a lot of lamb, pork, and chicken, even some veal. My guess would be red meat?

Yes you were helping me cheat in a quiz. Our teacher gives up bogus questions like these for bonus points. However, this question has no relation to the course I am taking.
