I don't know about others but I have found that the most useful input device for the watch is my nose. I have deftly learned how to not only tap reply and the dictation microphone but also swipe up for glances and down for notifications.

Extremely useful when hands are full or dirty. I would suggest that Apple develop a training video to teach users the best way to interact with their watch using their nose.

I can count on my nose every time. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for Siri right now on the watch.

In some cases I must admit this has worked pretty well for me, especially when siri asks for an input..
 
Fun post. Sad thing is I can totally see myself doing this in the winter, or when i have lab gloves on..

EDIT: I suggest you create a video and enlighten us all on this skill :p
