Your software is up to date. HELP?

Hello all,

I'm having some trouble updating to the new beta. I lost my phone and it was on Beta 3 yesterday I found it and when I go to update it to the newest iOS 7 beta it says:

iOS 7.0. Your software is up to date.

Any help? I have a A1428 iPhone 5.

Download the beta 6 IPSW (assuming you're a developer) and update to that through iTunes.

It's probably because it can't update from beta 3 to beta 6 directly using OTA and Apple won't allow it to download beta 4 and 5 anymore. The solution is to download beta 6 from the developer center and install through iTunes.
