Hello,

I got the new macbook air 13' 2012.
When I play videos on youtube sometimes it's just get suddenly all black and won't play the video, even if I reload the page.I use safari.
I tried to play it on google chrome and it worked but again, suddenly it says "a missing plugin required"
I suspect I have a hardware issue with the graphic card.
I tried to do the apple hardware test by holding the D key when restarting the mac but it didn't work.It says "choose a wifi connection" but my wifi address I use all the time is not there.
Do you have any idea why is it happening? and How can I check the intel 4000 graphic card?
Thank a lot

I sometimes have the same problem. Sometimes it says:' plugin error' but sometimes the screen is just black. But with me refreshing always helps.

It's happening to millions of people on macs. I get it so often now, my mid 2011 Air is worse for having to quit and restart the browser than any computer I've ever owned, including dated windows machines. Sucks, I know.
