Youtube buffer resets on Safari

Hi guys,

Whenever I watch a video on Youtube the buffer loads normally but everytime I click on the "buffer bar" to skip something, it always resets the buffer...

Chrome doesn't do that ! Anyone have experienced this problem??

The newbie behind the keyboar (Me) haha, have the same isue on my rMBP and on my Imac does someone know why ??? Is there a solution ?
