I want to use some copyrighted songs for some of my videos but i do realize that the video will most likely be taken down by YouTube for copyright infringement. However i did notice some videos have copyrighted songs with an advertisement that pops up to solicit a purchase of the song being played. How can i use this feature so i can use song music for my videos?

You have to have permission or a license from the copyright holder to use music with video. They call these "synchronicity rights"--they protect an artist from having their music wed to undesirable imagery without their permission (like a white supremist group putting old footage of the Nuremburg Rallies on a Beyonce song, or gay porn over a Michael W. Smith gospel song).

That doesn't stop thousands of people from doing it, but it is infringement nonetheless.

Find out who holds the copyright and under what terms they will allow you to use it.
