Youtube enlarge video as default

I was wondering if there was a way to set a default for the enlargement of my video when someone views it. So, I want the arrow thing to be LEFT and UP not RIGHT and DOWN. The videos I want to do this with are in HD(1080p), so the resolution is not an issue.

I see videos like this all of the time, particularly professional videos(whitehouse, etc.)

If anyone has any insight that would be great. Thanks

I don't know if you can set them as the default through the UI but here's a list of things you can add to the URL if you're sending the link around...
