Youtube HD Upload?

I've been trying to upload a test video from my new Flip Mino hd to Youtube. So... how do I do it? It's standard format is .mov and uploading that doesn't upload in HD.

If you uploaded an HD file it should be up in a few hours.

Thanks, I guess I just wasn't patient enough, now it's HD. Now I want to know if the video uploaded from Flipshare was HD (I deleted it from Youtube). I guess I'll upload another test.
