is here an app, which can send notifications from macOS's Notification Center about my Youtube channels, like:

- new video from subscriber
- like and comments under my uploaded videos on my channel

I have no idea, but you can try to download Chrome on your Mac. Upon Chrome, there're many plugins in Chrome store. Maybe you will find one that you need.
