YouTube on iPad: how to change country?

Is there a way to change the country in YouTube for iPad like the desktop version at the bottom of the page you can change country so you can see what's most viewed etc in other countries ?

Changing region format

Go to settings > general > international > region format

This worked on my ipod touch 4g on ios 5.0.1
