Trying to see this video but is not clear and does not play.

Try it using the desktop YouTube page. Generally if an address is preceded by an m. it's a mobile version of the page. Here's the same video but from the desktop page (and the first few seconds looked clear on my 2019 16".

looks it is working fine!

So, the difference is that I used the standard YouTube page to find and provide the link to the video. The page you were looking at was intended for mobile devices (with the m.youtube.com link as I noted previously) and was not working properly on the desktop/laptop.
