Youtube Safari issue

On Sierra or H sierra after you start playing sound/music on youtube and you go open another tab doing some else, after 10-15 sec there are pauses on sound on youtube

This happens only if you are NOT login

This happens only on youtube on safari but not chrome
Anyone else ?
