YouTube site format messed up on every browser

Has anybody else had trouble with YouTube's page formatting? The YouTube homepage and video pages all look like the attached screen shot. This is happening in every browser I have on this computer, Safari, Camino, Firefox, Chrome.

I've tried everything I can think of to fix this problem, deleted cookies, internet history, etc., reinstalled browsers, nothing is fixing it. Does anybody have a suggestion?

Nope, still happens with any ad-blocking add-ons turned off.
