For some unknown reason no YouTube videos will play in Chrome anymore. I have not installed any new extensions or anything since it was last working. YouTube is working fine in every other browser... Also tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my iMac of course, a no go.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Try going to http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager03.html#117498 and increasing the allocated space. If that does not work, try manually disabling and re-enabling the Flash plugin on Chrome by going to Settings > Under the Bonnet > Content Settings > Plug-ins. Failing that, you could try switching to the beta releases of Chrome to see if that fixes it; if so, wait until the beta release becomes finalised, and then use the normal release channel. You could also try Youtube in HTML5 - http://www.youtube.com/html5. Good luck. :)

Under the bonnet, lol. Just bought a Mini and just learned what that word was but got a kick out of it (the U.S. version naturally says Under the hood").

I turned off the plugin and then turned it back on and that seemed to fix the YouTube issue. Flash is still acting strange on some sites however. They appear to be working fine in Safari though...
