Youtube to MP3 best quality?

Curious as to what site some of you use to convert YT to MP3.
I just google and whatever comes up first, I usually go with that one link.
It works I guess.
Sometimes the audio is good other times it is not.

Songs are mostly going to my iPhone and now I want to start bluetoothing in my car when
I can't find anything on the radio.

What are some of the better sites out there that have good quality when they convert?

Just save the MP4, drop the video track with a remux tool like subler. Compressing an already lossy format to a very lossy format will give poor results.
