Youtube TV and Apple TV 4k slow guide

I just switched from psvue to youtube tv and the guide is incerdibally slow when scrolling on my Apple TV. On my laptop it is super fast.

Any tricks to speed this up???
 
Maybe uninstall the app and reinstall it, and or restarting the Apple TV. No issues with YouTube TV on my Apple TV 4 and 4K. I even have it installed on a cheap $30 Roku in our guest bedroom and it is plenty fast, and now the PS4, which is also fast. All devices are wireless.
