I have an iPad mini 2 running iOS 9.2. I have really fast internet(50mbs) and I am able to stream stuff like Twitch and Netflix on it just fine, but any kind of YouTube video I try to watch on it just won't load/takes forever to buffer. I've tried various YouTube apps, using YouTube in safari, changing dns settings, resetting the router, updating the firmware, performing a hard reset on the iPad, and nothing works.

My iPhone and all my other devices are able to stream youtube no problem, but my iPad mini 2 is unable to for some reason. I know it's not blocked or anything because I've watched youtube videos before on it.

Anyone know what's going on?
