YouTube video lag on rMBP 15 (base specs, but 16GB of ram)

Anyone else getting lag while watching YouTube videos in Chrome? Sometimes the playback stutters a bit and a second later it'll sped up in order to compensate for the laggy footage.

What's funny is that this lag is nonexistent in Safari. Here's the video I used for the test, since there's never a still moment:

Try both HTML5 and Flash versions of YouTube and see if there's a difference in performance.
