On the Android Youtube app.
I watching a Youtube video and it always buffers and stops and i try to the change the video quality from 1080p/720p to 480p/360p and for some stupid reason it does NOT change the video quality setting that i want and sometimes it does work.
But i don't know why it does not change the video quality that i want and i always have good WIFI internet connection but i still can't watch 1080p/720p videos on Youtube because it will buffer and stop but watching videos on 480p/360p video quality it won't buffer/stop and the loads the video is really fast...
Can someone tell why it does this? And how to fix this problem and does anyone have this problem.
I am finding it annoying and it should NOT be happening!!......
