YouTube videos broken in Safari

I have two MacBooks, both running OS X 10.8.5, Safari 6.0.5 and Flash Plug-in 11.9.900.117. YouTube videos play fine on one and are completely broken on the other (see attached image).

Both MacBooks have the same plug-ins installed, but I've tried uninstalling them and it had no effect. I've deleted cookies and I've deleted Flash data and still have the issue.

What else can I try?
