YouTube Videos Timing Out on Retina mini

Is anyone else having difficulty playing YouTube videos on your Retina mini? Videos just don't load fast enough and continually time out. This is within the YouTube app, or Safari.

Anyone with an iPad Air also noticing this?

Apple videos in the a Trailers app play play just fine. It's just YouTube.
