youtube volume questions

any way to have youtube videos in facebook app volume on while phone is on silent/vibrate. youtube app videos are fine but when playing in Facebook the issue occurs

also, this may be a bug but while watching video and turn volume on, the video volume plays for a second and then freezes the video ...anyone else see this issue?
