I saw this problem earlier today with some people, but can anyone access YouTube on your iPod. I get the message, "You must first connect to iTunes with an Internet connection to enable YouTube.

YouTube is working fine over here.

Try these steps and see if it fixes it.

1. Go to the home screen, tap the settings button.
2. Go to Wi-Fi and find your internet source/connection.
3. Then, go back to settings and then tap general.
4. Scroll down until you find “Location Service” it should be under network
5. Turn the “Location Service” off.

I've heard that fixes it so you might want to give it a shot.

I too have this problem, but to confess, I've had it since I tried out the jailbreak process. Subsequently restored 1.1.4 Kosher firmware, but was left without YouTube working. I hoped that 2.0 would fix it, but it hasn't

Other people have fixed the problem because they did not realise that they had to be logged into an iTunes account when synching the touch - maybe that's your problem - which is easier to solve!

Yeah, me too.. it (Youtubeplayer) worked before I installed that update, but it isn't working anymore. I've tried connect to youtube when it's connected to my PC (iTunes on, and logged into account), tried that what KevinSkocik suggested, swapped wlan on-off-on-off etc, but not working..
