I want to use a Mp3 I made with YoutubeToMp3 that's on my phone and make a ringtone. But I want to make the ringtone on my phone without my laptop (being repaired). I want to take just a small sample of the Mp3. Is there anyway for me to do this on my phone. I have ifile so I can move files around, just need an app to cut up the Mp3 from my phone and make a ringtone as well.

not sure, have you googled for a cydia app?

you need to get the song under 40 seconds, convert it to an m4a, rename it to an m4r, and get it into your ringtones folder (ie with ifile)

not much help, i guess. anyone else??

Thanks for trying...I know how to make'em that way I was just wondering if there was a way to make a ringtone right on the iPhone without the use of iTunes. I think it's a good idea for a cydia app if there isn't one. Make ringtones on the go....
