So I come home to visit my parents for the weekend and we drive down to Ohio to see some relatives. Long story short, I accidently leave my iPod Touch in the garage after I finished helping out with some yard work. I come back an hour later to find my 7 year old cousin with a circle shaped magnet in one hand and an iPod in the other:( So yeah, it doesn't turn on nor does my computer recognize. Tried putting it in DFU mode - nothing. I still have about a month and a half left on the standard 1-year warranty... Will Apple replace it?

Accidents happen.

Do you have accident insurance?
