I was lucky enough to preorder an iPhone 4 and my thought was to get a bumper along with the front and back zagg invisible shield. Any other ideas for similar protection would be great.

There are better options out there to be honest. Read too many negative reviews about Zagg.

Go with Wrapsol, Bodyguardz or Best Skin Ever.

I like to compare Zagg to Bose. All marketing and very little quality in their products.

If they didn't offer those discounts, they'd be overpriced like Bose :p

I only got a custom case from Zagg custom case cause I heard bad things about their shields. If that fails, I dont mind ordering another case. Got it for $14 with discount an S&H.

Besides zagg being "ugly" what about the functionality of it do you not like? I feel like it protects from scratches very well.

Primarily my problem with InvisibleShield is it's too tacky. It's difficult to slide your finger on the screen when doing pinch gestures on the screen. It also sticks to the fabric in my pockets making removal difficult. It does do a great job at preventing scratches though.

Zagg service and support is great. The product itself... meh.

One thing I like about Zagg is that they have kiosks in malls where a worker will apply the shield for you. Do you know of any other shield maker that does this service? I can never put on one of these without messing up.

It is a nerve racking process, but I trust myself more than someone at a kiosk.

The guy at the kiosk put on the Zaggs for my wifes iphone and my moms. Both were flawlessly done. No lint or air bubbles and aligned just right. I might go back with Zagg again, but I would like to see if there are any other products that are better than Zagg who also do the installation.
