At around 1:30 today a guy at best buy installed the front Zagg IS. It looked like he did a really good job. It was fine but after a couple of hours a bubble formed on the screen.

1-Will this go away (should I do something)?

2- How long should I wait to use it?

3- How long should I wait to put my case on?

Thanks!

I just had mine installed at bb as well. The lady told me to give it a day to two days for the shield to settle in. Worse case you can always go back and they'll give you a new one.

So dont use it for a day or two, or the bubble will go away then?

The bubbles will go away. You're fine to use it.

Thanks guys. Is it bad that the bubble formed hours after it got installed, instead of right away?

Also should I use the squeegee to get the bubble out or let it be?

No, it's because it's evaporating. If the bubble stays for some weird reason... just take it back. They should replace it or fix it for free.

I.S. Question

I got the I.S. screen protector for my iPhone 4 at BB today too, this is the first one I've ever had and it feels sticky to me, it's not as easy to move my fingers around on the touch screen now. Is this normal, or am I weird? Do you get used to it or the feeling wear away over time? My AT&T store is getting screen protectors in on Monday and I am thinking about trying something else but I don't want to waste my money if it's something that gets better with time

This is a major reason (other than the "orange peel" effect it gives the screen) why people hate the zagg screens or any other screens that use this rubbery film. If you don't like it then why even try to get used to it?

I have also noticed that dust and stuff is sticking to the screen. Will it always be this way?
When should I put my case on?
When can I use it normally?
Ugh I hope this bubble goes away. Thanks

I used this when i first got my 3G 2 years ago, After 2 months i coudn't take it anymore and took it off. I hate that rubbery sticky feeling and the orange peel look on it. Will never use Zagg again.

i just used the back one and put a bumper on it. i love this combo!

i didn't use it on the front because i didn't want the rubbery feel or a diminished retina display.

Yeah I could already tell i dont like it. A bubble, a wrinkle smack middle in the screen and dust sticking to the screen. Ughh Cant win. But I get its better then scratching it. Is there any alternatives to protect the screen besides one that u have to install to the phone? Like a case with a screen protector attached?

This is why I don't like Zagg IS and exactly why I prefer Wrapsol. ;)

I use it on the front and do not feel it hinders. But the combo I want is the bumper and IS. Ordered a bumper. Right now I am using a Vue...

Is there anyway to clean to Zagg screen? There's a black dot stuck on the screen. Thanks
