Do you have to return the skins in the box with cloth and spray bottle etc? And does it matter whether if you send them back with them all stuck together or put them onto a piece of paper etc?

Eh ... I just put the skins inside a folded piece of paper and put everything in a envelope. They can't ask for the bottle of spray - you can say you used it all.

Did you put it back on the 'shiny un-stick' paper or just in a piece of normal paper?

Just folded them both in half and dropped them in another piece of paper. Put all that in a envelope.

What is the procedure for returning the skins for a refund? I emailed their CS last week and haven't heard back yet.

Do I have to wait for them to respond?
