ZaggFolio specifically for iPad (3rd gen)

There have been several posts on the ZaggFolio which have been very helpful in my search for a keyboard accesory. I'm now focused on four options -

1. ZaggFolio (newest generation) Carbon Fiber - $99.00
2. ZaggFolio (newest generation) Leather - $129.00

Would love to hear any feedback from the board if you ordered the newest ZaggFolio and if so, are there any improvements over the previous version? It appears that in addition to adding a leather option, you can also choose between 3 keyboard colors (white, silver w black, all black).

Also, would love to hear any feedback from people who evaluated ZaggFolio versus the Zagg/Logitech case.
