Zaggmate and Tethering

Anybody know if it is possible to link the zaggmate to the ipad and use iTether or any other app that does not require the iphone to be jailbroken?

My original plan was to connect the zaggmate and use iTether but iTether requires that the native bluetooth be disabled, which leaves the ZaggMate unable to use.
