Zenlabs C25K app feed into Health and Activity?

Anyone used the Zenlabs C25K app? I used it today and am not seeing my workout in the Activity or Health app...does it not integrate the workout data? I checked the Privacy settings and it never requested access, also checked the app to see if there was a setting I missed, not sure where else to look
