ZephIR -- IR Blaster to control Satellite box?

So i've read a few threads on here mentioning the ZephIR and their website claims it can be controlled by EyeTV.

It looks great, but does anyone have any experience with it?

I'm definitely thinking of getting an EyeTV and an IR controller would be perfect!

Im buying a Mac Mini tomorrow and I have all my channels on my satellite dish box. I need to know how this works as well. Do you just program the EyeTV software and thats it, the IR Blaster will take care of the rest?

We are struggling to get a new ROM code in the new chip - We actually have a production run ready to ship of 500 but no ROM. I am hesitant to promise a date given the unpredictable nature of getting the code to work reliably.
