still not working for me, get stuck at this message:

"Spamming AT, waiting for a response"

I have unmounted the touch
closed itunes
ensured all itunes processes are not running (as far as I can tell)

selected jailbreak touch on ziphone - no luck

I've done the above with the advance option of jailbreak only - not luck

I've run the ziphone with out unmounting - no luck

I have restored to 1.1.4 as a new touch - no luck

help?

I have to downgrade 1.1.1 with BSD Subsystem+ bla + bla + bla? Or I can ZiPhoned my iPod Touch 8GB running 1.1.4?

It's said:

Only jailbreaks an iPhone and installs Installer.app.

This option is only useful for customers of official cell carriers as the phone must still be activated normally using iTunes.

This feature also supports some iPod Touch devices. Original 8GB and some 16GB iTouch have been reported to work. Newer 8/16GB and all 32GB are known to not work. Stay tuned for updates.

I restore my iPod touch 8GB to 1.1.4. Then I execute ZiPhone Jailbreak, Its start and then Its get stuck on:

"Opened: /dev/tty.debug
Spamming AT, waiting for a response"

Week 38, 16 Gig jailbroken on first go! Only issue I have is being unable to log into the BSD subsystem via Term-vt100 with the right username/password combo, but I can ssh via my mac with root/alpine...

got the usual bsd root error, then clicked kill ziphone, restarted my ipod touch 16 gb 1.1.4, says successfull ziphone, then now I am restoring, is this what you're supposed to do and how it goes?
